Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Erin—founder of Work Health Strategies and a wellness-focused HR strategist with over 25 years of experience helping businesses and teams thrive through growth, change, and everything in between.

I started Work Health Strategies because I believe strong workplaces are built by design—not by default. After decades in human resources, disability management, and workplace wellness, I saw how often policies and cultures were reactive, disconnected from real needs, and only addressed after problems surfaced. I knew there was a better way.

Today, I help organizations blend strategic HR with integrated wellness—preventing burnout, managing employee illness and absences with care, building flexible programs, strengthening leadership, and embedding wellness into the everyday fabric of work.

Whether I’m designing a wellness blueprint, mapping a return-to-work plan, refreshing policies, or leading leadership development, I always begin with one question: What does real support look like here?
